To cancel out the degree of uncertainty that comes with each review, our system makes doctors with the best reviews much more visible.

We closely monitor the reviews of our doctors by our customers. Our team makes graphs and compilations to make sure that the doctors that are pushed to the front of the queue don't have a dip in quality, going by the reviews. If there is, their visibility correspondingly decreases.
